About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Shift Leader to join our industrial cleaning team at a modern salmon processing factory in Norway. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of industrial cleaners to ensure that production areas, equipment, and facilities meet strict hygiene and safety standards.This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone with solid industrial cleaning experience and the ability to organize, motivate, and support a diverse team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate cleaning operations during assigned shiftsSupervise a team of industrial cleanersEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food industry regulationsTrain and support new team membersMonitor cleaning schedules, quality checks, and reportingCollaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflowMaintain cleaning records and report issues to managementQualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of industrial cleaning experience, ideally in the food or fish processing industryProven leadership or team supervisor experienceGood knowledge of hygiene procedures, chemicals, and safety practicesAbility to work independently and under time pressureCommunicative level of English (spoken and written)Flexibility to work shifts (evening/night/weekend) as requiredWe OfferCompetitive Norwegian salary and benefitsStable, long-term employment with reputable seafood companiesPositive, multicultural working environment
