As the fully integrated Luxembourg partner of the Serviceplan Group, Europe’s largest independent agency network, we develop intelligent strategies and bold designs that drive impactful campaigns across European markets.We are looking for a Senior Strategic Planner who thrives on shaping sharp strategies, leading teams, and driving meaningful results for both Serviceplan and lola Luxembourg.Your RoleYou have an in-depth knowledge of clients, consumer markets, and all aspects of communication, including creative, media, research, design, and production.As a team leader and strategist, you’re a great communicator, articulating client needs to the agency team while keeping clients fully informed of agency recommendations.You’ll be the bridge between digital, project management, and design—aligning teams for seamless execution.You understand the needs of the brand and the consumer, guiding communication strategies and creative executions with precision.You follow market trends and leverage insights to keep our strategies sharp and relevant.You provide clear direction to designers and offer advice based on your creative flair and expertise.You possess sensitivity, imagination, and a deep creative spirit, combined with strong design thinking skills.You’re critical, convincing, and bold—not afraid to express your opinions but equally skilled at listening.You assist in concept creation and can write eloquently and persuasively in both French and English.
