Senior Sourcing Director Full-time Job

Responsibilities:Owns and drives the global client relationship, ensuring long-term growth on a global scaleIdentifies opportunities in process and sourcing initiatives, provides strategic guidance and project leadershipLead a team of managers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performanceDirects global product development to support clients, brand goals and vendor strategyIdentify and develops new markets, vendor networks, and product categories worldwideManage a large product range including home, furniture, accessories and moreRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or above in business, design, supply chain or relatedPossess a minimum of 15 years in client management, business development, strategic sourcing or relatedPossess significant experience in home accessories, soft-home, hard-home, furniture, etc.Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully creating and implementing strategies with cross-functional teamsExperience in a sourcing office, or sourcing agent, trading business requiredExceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills
