Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the companys official social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube

Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, short videos) aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals

Write clear, engaging, and culturally relevant content

Monitor comments, messages, and online engagement to maintain a positive brand image

Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth

Prepare regular social media performance reports and optimization suggestions

Support marketing campaigns, online promotions, and brand initiatives on social platforms

Stay up to date with local social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields

At least 3 years of experience in social media management or content-related roles

Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook and TikTok

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Willing to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

Basic skills in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or video editing software

Experience in entertainment, gaming, or online platform industries is an advantage

Basic knowledge of social media advertising or boosting strategies
