About RectrixRectrix is a specialist recruitment consultancy formed by a team of highly diligent recruiters with a proven track record in end-to-end delivery from mid to senior placements within the built environment industry.About this role Currently we are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ AM with solid experience in E&M function for our client to join their project management team in Hong Kong.Responsibilities:Responsible for full QS services from pre-contract to post-contract administraction.Assist in estimations, specifications, tendering, valuation of interim payments and variations, quotations and final accounts, etc.Manage and coordinate with consultants on contracts administrations.Requirement:Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Stuies or relevant disciplines is preferred.6+ years of experience in E&M QS, experience gained from client-side, consultancy or contractors are also welcome.With professional qualifications (i.e HKIS/ RICS) is an advantage.Experience in E&M QS for A&A, new-build projects, data centre is highly preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.This is a unique opportunity to work for a renowned clinet that continually drives and offers the upward potential for strong career progression throughout the organisation.In return, the selected candidate will be offered a permanent position and receive a highly attractive salary package alongside market leading benefits with performance bonus.
