Our people serve more than 200,000 medical facilities and work with over 450 clients, including the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the world.Purpose of the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Operations Manager to lead our distribution center and oversee critical operational functions within our healthcare service network. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance, supplier management, client service and people leadership to support our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.Expectations of the Role:Oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceuticals and medical devicesLead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse supervisors and staff. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvementServe as the site lead for all regulatory matters. Ensure strict adherence to GDP (Good Distribution Practice), FDA, DEA, and other relevant national and international regulationsManage inventory accuracy and control processes. Oversee cycle counts, reconciliation, and ensure the security of high-value and controlled substancesExpertly manage the storage and distribution of temperature-sensitive products (2-8°C, -20°C), ensuring uninterrupted cold chain integrityIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologiesChampion a safe work environment.
