The role involves managing complex investment, corporate, and cash-management workflows across Cayman and international entities, requiring strong technical expertise and exceptional responsiveness.

The successful candidate will understand private equity cash flows, review legal agreements, prepare corporate documentation, and oversee complex structures. High levels of organisation, accuracy, and clear communication with the client’s onshore family office are essential. Occasional travel to London is required.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and manage cash movements in PE deals, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Assist with the onboarding of new private investments, reviewing structures and supporting documentation.

Facilitate payments, capital calls, and cash flow management across multiple entities.

Draft corporate resolutions, director consents, and related governance materials.

Review and interpret legal agreements such as LPAs, SPAs, and investment documentation.

Maintain oversight of complex corporate structures and ensure compliance with all Cayman regulatory requirements.

Liaise with legal advisors, service providers, and the client’s onshore family office.

Maintain a highly organised workflow and respond quickly to evolving client needs.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 6 years’ experience in investment accounting, private equity accounting, corporate administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of private equity deal mechanics and associated cash movements.

Knowledge of Cayman Islands compliance requirements, including AML/KYC and economic substance.

Ability to read, understand, and summarise legal agreements.

Experience working with complex corporate structures.

Highly responsive, organised, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.

Professionally qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) or CFA (or working towards CFA) preferred, but not essential.

Willingness to travel occasionally to London.
