Job Details

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning : · Lead the recruitment strategy and process to attract, select, and retain top talent in a timely and cost-effective manner, and minimize the average time taken to fill vacant positions.· Coordinate with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and workforce planning.· Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with SOPs and Quality Management System requirements. Training & Development : · Identify training needs and create the annual training plan in alignment with company goals and individual development plans.· Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate post-training assessment scores and feedback to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.· Support departmental training compliance as per SOP and ISO requirements.Performance Management · Oversee the implementation of performance appraisal systems aligned with KPIs and company goals.Employee Relations & Engagement : · Build a positive working environment through engagement initiatives, employee recognition, and grievance handling mechanisms.· Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to recommend retention strategies.· Ensure transparent and fair resolution of conflicts and disciplinary matters.· Act as the primary point of contact for resolving employee relations issues professionally and in accordance with labor law.Compensation and Benefits:· Enhance survey scores regarding employee satisfaction with the benefits package through regular reviews and improvements.· Ensure alignment of compensation packages with industry standards to attract and retain top talent.HR Compliance:Compliance Audit Score: Achieve high results from internal and external HR compliance audits.Number of Compliance Incidents: Minimize the number of reported compliance incidents through proactive management and adherence to legal standards.
