This role is central to driving strategic financial planning, delivering complex financial models, and ensuring accountability across major transformative initiatives. You will work mostly autonomously, translating financial data into actionable insights and influencing senior stakeholders to ensure program objectives and ROI are achieved.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making.Monitor program and project financials, providing clear insights into performance and risks.Act as a trusted financial partner to senior stakeholders, enabling informed decisions.Support the Future Fit Program with analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.Ensure financial control and governance standards are applied consistently across initiatives.Who We’re Looking For:Strong financial analyst with experience in program or project control.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.Excellent analytical skills and experience turning complex data into clear insights.Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a hybrid environment (2 days in office; ideally Tuesday and Thursday, but open to other days).Apply today for immediate consideration!
