About The Role.As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients in the areas of private equity, real estate and both institutional and private clients.Your duties will include:Acting as a client contact and managing all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitionsOrganising board and shareholder meetingsArranging relevant publications on the Luxembourg Business RegisterDrafting corporate documents and agreementsOpening bank accounts and arranging company paymentsKeeping company’s electronic and physical files in good orderEnsuring compliance with relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements.About you.You will be a dynamic, proactive and rigorous individual with excellent communication skills. The following attributes would also be advantageous:Around 5 years previous experience in a corporate team of a fiduciaryA degree (minimum BAC+3 or equivalent) in a related fieldKnowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirementsGood knowledge of standard computer tools including Microsoft OfficeFluent in written and spoken French and English, plus any other languages is an assetPersonal qualitiesIntegrityInspires client and team confidenceAdaptable and versatileAssertive and confidentDiscrete and tactfulEmotional resilience‘Can do’ attitudeRole modelAppropriate office conduct and attitude to work
