Role Description The Senior Business Merchant Acquisition Consultant is a full-time on-site position based in Preah Sihanouk Town. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business merchants to onboard ABA Bank's payment solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, building relationships with merchants, offering tailored payment solutions, and achieving acquisition targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless merchant onboarding experience and provide ongoing support to drive merchant engagement with ABA's services. Qualifications Business development, sales strategy, and client acquisition skillsExperience in merchant onboarding, payment systems, and financial solutionsProficiency in negotiation, relationship building, and communicationAnalytical skills for market research and performance evaluationAbility to work independently and meet acquisition targetsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldPrior experience in banking, financial services, or related industries is preferredFamiliarity with the local market in Preah Sihanouk Town and surrounding areas is an advantage
