Senior Backend Engineer Full-time Job

We’re on a mission to make wealth-building seamless and accessible, powering a self-custodial platform for tokenized strategies across crypto and alternative investments.

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our core team and work on high-performance, low-latency trading systems that handle mission-critical operations 24/7. This is a chance to solve challenging problems in distributed systems, performance engineering, and reliability, with optional exposure to blockchain infrastructure (smart contracts, clusters, gateways).

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain core trading systems: matching engine, order management, real-time market data, and trade gateways.

Optimize backend services for low latency, high throughput, and reliability.

Build resilient, scalable systems for a 24/7 trading environment.

Collaborate with engineers, quants, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.

Mentor peers and contribute to high engineering standards through code reviews.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

4+ years building high-performance, distributed backend systems.

Strong Go (Golang) proficiency with deep understanding of concurrency and performance.

Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.

Track record of shipping robust, well-tested code.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

Experience with trading systems, crypto or traditional financial exchanges, or HFT platforms.

Familiarity with performance tuning, low-latency optimization, and fault-tolerant architectures.

Exposure to blockchain technologies (Ethereum, L2s, Solidity).

Knowledge of modern infrastructure tools (Kubernetes, Docker, GCP/AWS).
