Senior Associate – Restructuring (Cayman Islands)

Kilfera Offshore Recruitment is working with a leading global financial and risk advisory firm to hire a Senior Associate in their Restructuring team. Key Responsibilities

Support forensic and insolvency assignments including liquidations, receiverships, restructurings, valuations, litigation support, asset tracing, and forensic accounting.

Review books and records, manage creditor claims, and conduct fund flow investigations.

Draft expert reports and documentation for courts, committees of inspection, and creditors.

Collaborate with clients, creditors, and advisors such as auditors, consultants, and lawyers.

Assist with business development and client relationship management.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or business administration.

Chartered accountant qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent—newly qualified or currently studying—with training from a Big 4 or global midtier firm.

2–4 years of relevant experience in insolvency, restructuring, or forensic investigations; offshore exposure is an advantage.

Strong analytical, financial, and reportwriting skills with attention to detail.

Clear communication skills and proven ability to manage relationships.

Commercial acumen, resilience, and a collaborative approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with management information systems.
