OverviewWe are supporting leading Strategy consulting firm in Sweden with the expansion of their Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy practice. The team advises corporates, investors and lenders across the Nordics on complex turnaround, restructuring and performance improvement situations. We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Manager with strong financial analysis and project-management capabilities, ideally coming from restructuring advisory, transactions or strategy consulting.ResponsibilitiesSupport and lead modules across restructuring and turnaround engagements, including independent business reviews, performance improvement projects and liquidity assessments.Develop and challenge business plans, cash-flow forecasts, liquidity models and scenario analyses.Deliver operational turnaround work such as cost optimisation, organisational redesign, working-capital initiatives and process streamlining.Contribute to distressed M&A support including vendor assistance, investor packs and carve-out preparation.Engage directly with clients including management teams, banks, PE funds and corporate owners.Coordinate workstreams with teams across Strategy, Transactions, Tax and Valuations.Prepare high-quality client deliverables and concise recommendations.Mentor junior colleagues and support project structuring.Assist senior leadership with pitch materials and business development.Candidate Profile4–7+ years of experience in restructuring advisory, transaction services, strategy consulting, corporate finance, special situations, or relevant operational turnaround roles.Strong financial modelling background with the ability to build, review and stress-test integrated financial models.Exposure to liquidity management, business reviews, refinancing or turnaround engagements is highly valued.Confident communicator capable of working with senior stakeholders and presenting findings clearly.Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments.English fluency required; Nordic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.EU work authorisation required.Why apply:Work on high-impact turnaround and restructuring mandates across the Nordic region.Exposure to senior stakeholders including boards, lenders and private equity investors.Competitive compensation aligned with Nordic consulting market.Hybrid working model and strong internal development support.Opportunity to grow within a global strategy and restructuring platform.
