Job SummaryThis position provides support to the Accounts Supervisor-NHI in ensuring that the accounting operations are operating effectively. Performs the leg work for daily operations and financial reporting. Essential FunctionsManages the Accounts Payables and maintain the vendor recordsConducts monthly and quarterly general ledger reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting.Bank reconciliations–NHI – Banco (Receipts)Processing of various online disbursement transactions.Processing of claims payments.Administering the company seals to documents and maintaining records.Posts entries to the General Ledger after verification by the Accounts Supervisor-NHI.Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Education: N/A Field of study: Accounting or Business Administration or related discipline Work Experience:5 years in related field, audit experience a plusKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines; high energy, self-motivated and proactive.Ability to multitask and be flexible with regard to workload and assignments.Ability to exercise judgment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and commitment to excellence demonstrated by the delivery of quality and timely outcomes.Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member in a team environment.
