6 Month Initial Contract

Occasional Hybrid Work Model (Warsaw/Krakow)

We are seeking a skilled Seeburger Lead Specialist with strong experience in production support, service management, and global IT environments. You will be responsible for investigating system failures, providing on-call support, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver stable and reliable services.

Required Skills & Experience

Expertise with Seeburger BIS, IBM SFG / Sterling Integrator, Java, Unix/Linux/Windows environments.

Knowledge of Oracle Databases, SQL, and familiarity with Microservices architecture.

Strong background in Incident Management, with exposure to Problem and Change Management.

Experience in production technical support and IT service management.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with banking/transaction systems is highly desirable.

ITIL certification/accreditation is an advantage.
