About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in selling to the US market. The ideal candidate has proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing high-quality deals, as well as the ability to manage a growing pipeline of clients. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach, nurturing client relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in the US market.

Execute cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.

Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product/service demos to potential clients.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine outreach strategies and improve client onboarding.

Maintain accurate records of all communications and progress using CRM tools.

Stay updated on US market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably focused on the US or international market.

Proven success in cold calling and other outbound sales strategies.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.

Demonstrated experience using CRM systems and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Mailshake, Apollo, etc.).

Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and achieve measurable results.

Existing client pipeline or US-based network is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B or service-based sales.

Understanding of digital marketing, SaaS, or consulting service sales.

Familiarity with sales automation tools and performance analytics.
