This role focuses on engaging Mandarin-speaking business owners, building trust-based relationships, and supporting the program’s recruitment and on-boarding process.

You will be working directly in the field, mapping communities, conducting surveys, and generating valuable insights for the project team.Key Responsibilities- Present program benefits and encourage store owners to participate.- Document recruitment activities and maintain accurate records.- Support participants during the registration/on-boarding process.- Identify and map local entrepreneurs in the target community.- Conduct surveys and gather market data.- Build and maintain a database of the target audience.- Share field insights with the project team and track progress.- Represent the organization respectfully and with cultural sensitivity.
