Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
Qualify leads and identify potential clients who would benefit from our services.
Conduct online presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of iMedia's marketing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve our offerings.
Track sales activities and results using CRM software.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall sales goals.
Requirements:
Native English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a B2B sales environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Ability to effectively present and demonstrate complex marketing solutions to clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with the Kyrgyz market and business culture is a plus.
