You will not only be responsible for Renaissance Schiphol Airport... Bring in the Moxy Schiphol too! The Moxy was opened in 2020, so brand new too! As both hotels are part of the owning company IHCP, you will match the business needs from our clients with our right product. What hotel suits them best? Where Renaissance is more a classic 4*-brand, some guests might be more happy in the FUN and PLAYFULL environment of Moxy! Do you find the right match? As Sales Manager, it is your job to sell both properties, how great is that?! Both our hotels are located near Schiphol Airport, a great environment with endless opportunities for business! SALES MANAGER As Sales Manager you are part of an energetic and creative team. You proactively develop and maintain the relationship with our key clients to maximize their travel to our hotel. You are responsible for your personal and team related revenue goals and manage the tools to ensure all reservation methods are in place. • maintaining and leading key customer relationships and negotiate preferred partnerships

• building and secuinge a new database across targeted industries and manage these accounts

• creating, managing and executing strategic sales action plan

• making sure that all sales activities are maximized to drive business into our hotel

• using in-depth knowledge of local market trends and analysing customer information to maximize revenue • support and cooperate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure that business targets are achieved

• providing exceptional customer service
