Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive specializing in Building Materials & Kitchen Equipments, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue by identifying potential clients, presenting product offerings, and closing deals within the building materials and kitchen equipment industry. The primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:Identify and prospect potential clients within the building materials and kitchen equipment industry through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Sales Presentations:Present the company's products and services to potential clients in a compelling and informative manner, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Negotiation and Closing:Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals. Close sales transactions and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Market Intelligence:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, including building materials and kitchen equipment, to effectively address client inquiries and provide expert advice.
  • Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and pipeline updates. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management review.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the building materials or kitchen equipment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Working hours may vary depending on client needs and project deadlines.
  • Valid Oman driving license required.
