The role involves planning, organizing, and executing events, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The specialist will manage sales activities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include training team members, supporting the sales strategy, and achieving business goals through effective communication and client engagement.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.Proven Sales and Sales Management expertise to drive business growth and achieve targets.Hospitality or Travel agency experience will be a plusExperience in Training and mentorship to support team development and enhance performance.Organizational and problem-solving abilities to plan and execute successful events.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.Familiarity with event planning tools and systems is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
