Specific Accountabilities:Organizational Structure Design and Workforce PlanningAnalyze requests for organizational structure changes and provide recommendations.Update functional accountabilities to align with organizational changes.Assist in workforce planning by analyzing talent needs and identifying critical roles.Prepare reports for senior management on workforce data.Job Analysis and Job Descriptions DevelopmentConduct job analysis utilizing a variety of methods such as interviews, surveys, and observation to gather accurate and relevant information.Develop and update clear, accurate, and consistently formatted job descriptions to support HC processes.Performance ManagementAssist in designing performance management systems and excellence awards.Support the integration of performance management practices to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.HC Policies and Procedures DevelopmentDevelop and implement HC policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations.Support in the development and updating of employee handbook.Competency and Career Path FrameworkImplement competency frameworks and develop and maintain career paths.Succession PlanningSupport succession planning and collaborate with leadership to identify critical roles, and potential successors.KPIs and ReportingMonitor HC OKRs and KPIs, providing insights for improvement.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders based on business requirements.Minimum Qualification and Experience:Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration.6+ years of relevant experience.
