We are seeking an experienced Safety Professional to lead our Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) programs while ensuring the safe and efficient management of our transportation services.Core Purpose:To ensure the effective implementation of HSSE programs and the safe management of transportation services, enhancing compliance, operational excellence, and employee well-being.Key Responsibilities:HSSE Program Management:Implement and monitor HSSE policies, inspections, and risk assessments in line with local and international standardsLead incident investigations, reporting, and corrective action implementationDevelop and deliver HSSE training programs to promote a proactive safety cultureTransportation & Fleet Safety:Oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring safety compliance and cost efficiencyPlan and coordinate routes, schedules, and vehicle allocationsMonitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costsManage vendor relationships for transportation servicesCompliance & Support:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GACA, SBC, NFPA)Support facilities management in emergency preparedness and safety improvementsConduct regular safety audits and inspectionsQualifications:Strong knowledge of HSSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)Expertise in fleet and transportation managementRisk management and incident investigation skillsVendor and contract management experienceExcellent leadership and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with focus on compliance
