The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing continuous market insights to support business development.Functional ResponsibilitiesProfessionally promote the companys medical device products to healthcare professionals and institutions.Collect and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.Monitor and manage near-expiry products to minimize losses and optimize company profits.Provide continuous feedback and reports regarding customer needs, challenges, and market requirements.Submit daily activity reports to the Medical Devices Supervisor.Track daily field operations, promptly identify issues, and ensure appropriate resolutions.Gather and report regular market insights and feedback on the implementation of business plans.Maintain and regularly update customer databases and contact lists.Classify and qualify customers to support the establishment of KPIs for the Medical Devices Business Unit.Maintain a consistent presence in the market to ensure data accuracy and support CRM data flow.Execute scheduled operational and strategic plans effectively.Support the implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives.Assist in organizing and managing event logistics, exhibitions, and promotional activities.Job RequirementsQualificationsBachelors degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Podiatry, Orthotics & Prosthetics, Pharmacy, or Rehabilitation.ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse, Biomedical Engineer, Podiatrist, Orthotist & Prosthetist, Pharmacist, or Rehabilitation Specialist is required.LanguageRequired English - proficient.Preferred Arabic - proficient.
