ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic and operational plans for the activities of the Strategy and Excellence Department and oversee their implementation following approval.Supervise the affiliated administrative units and ensure effective coordination to achieve integration across activities and maximize utilization of available resources.Oversee the strategic planning process to ensure effective formulation, alignment, and measurement of the organizations strategy.Supervise the development, monitoring, and periodic review of the organizations short, medium, and long-term strategies.Oversee the preparation of feasibility studies related to strategic options and decisions, and monitor their execution.Oversee the endorsement of the organizations strategic plans, programs, and initiatives required for implementation, and escalate matters requiring formal approval.Supervise the approval process for the organizations agreements and contracts in line with applicable regulations and procedures.Serve as the internal research and insights hub by providing strategic advisory, market and industry analysis, and forward-looking perspectives to the CEO and senior leadership, including assessments of potential impacts on the organization.Oversee and manage all strategic projects across the organization and provide periodic updates to relevant internal and external stakeholders.Oversee review of potential risks that may affect the achievement of the organizations objectives, reflect their impact on strategic and operational plans, and identify appropriate mitigation alternatives.Review internal audit reports to identify gaps in policy and procedure implementation, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant sectors and departments.Supervise the implementation and monitoring of quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and operational efficiency across administrative units.Oversee the development of performance measurement indicators for all strategic activities and ensure their continuous review and enhancement in coordination with the relevant department. QualificationsMinimum of 12 years of professional experience.At least a bachelors degree, preferably in Management, Organizational Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
