Join our team as a Distribution Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and outstanding customer service.In this role, youll lead and coordinate a team to manage work orders, inventory records, and distribution accounts all while fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and growth.What Youll Do:Supervise and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth operations, even during peak activity or staff absence. Allocate and monitor workloads to achieve internal KPI targets (e.g., timely data entry). Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Support retention calls and customer review meetings; document updates in CRM. Manage invoicing, BNP reporting, and compliance with Expeditors Operational Process Standards. Mentor and guide agents to maintain a positive team culture and high performance. Drive productivity through effective use of operational tools (e.g., workboard, invoice processing, expo). Actively engage in implementing new system enhancements and process improvements. Audit accounts to ensure customer needs and compliance requirements are met. Partner with sales, credit, and accounting teams to address issues and recommend solutions. Contribute to budgeting, service level planning, and team development initiatives. QualificationsWhat You Bring:Experience in inventory management, distribution operations, or a related logistics environment. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results. Knowledge of accounting functions (A/P, A/R, invoicing) is an asset. Comfort with operational systems and MS Excel (Formulas & Pivot Tables). Fluency in English; global logistics industry knowledge is a plus.
