The role is responsible for developing and enforcing cybersecurity frameworks, mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement in the organizations security posture.Key Accountabilities:Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with international standards and regulations.Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across networks, systems, and applications.Lead incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and recovery from security incidents.Oversee daily security operations such as monitoring, access control, and vulnerability management.Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, NCA ECC) and support audit activities.Evaluate and deploy security tools and technologies to strengthen defense capabilities.Conduct cybersecurity awareness sessions and training programs for employees.Manage cybersecurity projects and ensure alignment with organizational IT strategies.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective security governance.Prepare regular reports on cybersecurity risks, incidents, and overall security performance for senior management.Minimum Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of experience in similar position.
