Contributing to a uniform implementation of retail processes, workforce management system and retail applications. Working on tools and procedures in company owned stores in excising and new markets. You will stimulate the highest possible level of knowledge and appropriation of workforce management. You will drive frontline engagement, productivity in stores, well-being and job satisfaction and help elevate each moment of truth to an unforgettable customer experience. For 40 hours per week, give new meaning to the words 'aim big, act small' and you:

• Will contribute to a more effective and efficient set-up and execution of retail operations

• Think along with the improvement of processes within retail and the implementation thereof

• Will provide support during the qualitative implementation of retail operation programs, applications, tools, processes and procedures

• Will coordinate processes and procedures for opening retails stores in new markets

• Will control and measure of user appropriation of existing retail operation programs, applications, tools, processes and procedures

• Ensure that the working method is the same in every Rituals shop around the world.

To achieve this, you maintain contact with local market Workforce Management Users, Heads of Retail, Area Managers and Shop Managers THIS IS YOU High on energy,

low on ego and with a little bit of humour. You are also 'one of a kind' because of your enthusiasm and eagerness to constantly discover and implement new ideas. In addition, you are willing and able to take on responsibility. You are highly detail orientated and has good time-management and ability to cope with change. Someone who enjoys working in a team, but who can also work very well independently. On top of it, you have:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a retail environment

• Working knowledge of workforce management, dashboard and targeting applications preferred (f.e.Quinyx, PowerBI, STA)

• Highly numeric and analytical skills

• Strong proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office

• Bachelor’s degree/ higher professional education

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English (and Dutch is a plus) JOIN OUR TEAM Within the International Retail Operations team, you work together with 20 driven colleagues.
