Details for the position are as follows:Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Retail Partner Onboarding Analyst to support the successful launch of retail partners on our platform. You will manage multiple partner onboarding processes, including catalog auditing, bulk tool execution, and tracking early performance metrics. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to resolve launch roadblocks and drive scalable retail growth.Responsibilities:Execute partner launch processes, enabling 10+ retail partners to go live successfully.

Run bulk tools to activate stores, refresh and audit catalogs, and track partner performance. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve launch roadblocks and improve shopping experiences. Propose process improvements based on insights gathered from partner launches.

Maintain organized records of workflows and track key launch metrics. Support the broader retail team with merchandising and operational improvements. Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required.

Prior experience in retail partner account management, onboarding, or operationsEcommerce, retail or marketplace experience required. Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and managing large datasets/workflows. Experience managing multiple partner launches simultaneously.
