Job Description

REPRESENTANTE DE ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE

RESPONSABILIDADES E PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES

Consultar clientes e oferecer a eles planos de serviços para melhor atender as necessidades. Cadastrar touros, doadoras e fazendas no software de gestão e imputar informações pertinentes. Elaborar contratos e anexar na pasta do cliente. Organizar as programações de serviços com veterinários terceiros. Enviar relatórios de produção e estoque de sêmen e embriões para o cliente; Organizar a preferência de embriões a serem transferido com o cliente e informar o laboratório. Realizar a comunicação das produções nas associações de raças. Apoiar na cobrança de contas a receber e acordos de atendimento ao cliente.

REQUISITOS

Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Zootecnia, Medicina Veterinária ou áreas afins;

Conhecimento em Pacote Office;

Conhecimento em Inglês e experiencia na área de pecuária serão diferenciais.
