Remittance Officer Full-time Job

Job summary: Responsible for the processing of deposit and withdrawal transactions to/ from client’s settlement accounts/ Deposits via branch / inward/outward remittances based on submitted documents Responsibilities:Process transfers / deposits via Branch; in/ outward remittances. Deposit and withdrawal upload transactions based on submitted source documentsUpdate and release reports pertaining to document deficienciesUpdate and release reports pertaining to float/reconcilement itemsPrepare/Generate transaction confirmations for sending to clientsPerform end of day activities to ensure that all transactions for the day are processed accurately and on timeUpdate and maintain reports / files needed for monitoring, reconciliation and investigation purposes Safekeep and maintain transaction documents and files for efficient retrieval for future audit or investigation requirementsQualifications: Preferably with 2 year experience in Bank operations in the areas of processing and settlements and client servicing; must have pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills; with good oral and written communication skills; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
