In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:Assist CEO and Sourcing and Recruitment Director in optimizing App to be functional tool in the client marketplace while demonstrating the phases of the recruitment process within the first 90 daysDeliver at least 5 client demos per day in the first 90 days100% on-time delivery of reportingAchieve a minimum of 1 successful placement per month100% on-time client onboarding and response rateIf you want to come to work, learn, and hit those numbers, you’ll be recognized and rewarded.
