Responsibilities

•Working under the supervision of the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, evaluating, and building the talent pipeline

•The Talent Acquisition Specialist will contribute to team efforts by determining applicant qualifications, researching and recommending new sources for recruiting and cultivating relationships with educational institutions

•Build applicant foundations by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits and maintaining rapport

•Attract applicants by writing and placing job advertisements and contacting recruiters as applicable

•Determine applicant qualifications by pre-screening, interviewing applicants and comparing qualifications to job requirements

•Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules

•Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications

•Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

•Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

•Build talent pipeline through cultivating and maintaining relationship with educational institutions
