The US Recruiter at GFT will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions across the organization. This role requires a strategic approach to recruitment and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the right candidates.ResponsibilitiesManage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to onboardingSource candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and networkingConduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organizationCollaborate with hiring managers to develop detailed job descriptions and identify key competenciesMaintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openingsProvide a positive candidate experience through effective communication and support during the hiring processStay updated on industry trends and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategiesRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience as a recruiter, particularly in the US marketStrong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment lawsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and prioritize effectivelyFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting toolsWilling to work remotelyWilling to work US hours (PST or EST) from Monday to Friday
