RecoveryTrek Coordinator
About the role:
As the RecoveryTrek Coordinator, you will act as the face of RecoveryTrek, building strong customer relationships by ensuring ongoing customer success with the RecoveryTrek patient management platform.
What you’ll do:
· Deliver high-touch training, consultations, and technical support to new and existing RecoveryTrek clients. Assist clients with setup, customization, and implementation
of the RecoveryTrek patient management platform.
· Manage client communication to ensure client satisfaction, platform optimization, and to provide regular platform support.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and internal client stakeholders.
· Lead client consulting on using RecoveryTrek platform to reach outcomes based on client needs
· Assist clients with developing appropriate solutions for process gaps using system tools.
· Conduct regular check-in calls with clients to gather data about system performance, training, and ongoing service requirements.
· Identify new opportunities to expand RT services into customer processes.
· Achieve an expert understanding of the RT platform capabilities, the behavioral health space, client workflows, data requirements and relevant regulatory and accreditation requirements.
· Capture, synthesize, and share data about new RT system applications and innovations to increase client access.
· Perform quality assurance review of processes including data verification/validation to verify output quality, completeness, and compliance.
· Assist in data preparation to evaluate program effectiveness by tracking client/user metrics.
· Conduct RT support meetings as required including agenda, minutes and action-oriented results.
· Report results and insights regarding processes to senior management.
· Maintain RecoveryTrek KnowledgeBase; ensure articles are up to date, properly structured, and that new materials are posted according to the KnowledgeBase maintenance plan.
What you’ll need:
· Bachelor’s degree, OR 5+ years related experience/training OR equivalent combination of education and experience
· Direct experience using, implementing, consulting, and troubleshooting SaaS systems strongly preferred
· Project Management skills; able to establish a work plan, work to deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks and use project management tools
· Advanced skills with MS office including excel (basic calculations), Outlook, Sharepoint and Teams.
· Professional communication style: must demonstrate emotional maturity, good judgment and effective communication.
· Ability to explain technical information to audiences with a variety of levels of technical knowledge.
· Basic knowledge of database, integration and web programming
· Ability to research and organize complex concepts and workflows for technical documentation, customer support information, and training.
