Air Engineersis seeking a highly organized and professionalReceptionistto serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. Based in our St. Petersburg, FL location, the Receptionist will receive and direct inbound calls from all branches in South Florida. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and support daily office operations with accuracy and efficiency. This role is essential to ensuring seamless workflow and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage heavy phone usage by answering, directing, and taking messages accurately and efficiently.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and support smooth office operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow within a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support administrative and operational needs.
