About The Job

As aReceptionist, you will cheerfully handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls. You receive guests, drivers and suppliers warmly and professionally. You ensure that the entrance, bar and meeting rooms look neat and tidy and during meetings you are the hostess, arrange lunches and provide coffee and tea for visitors. You perform administrative tasks for various departments within our company and ensure good communication between the various departments and locations. You will work at our Jan Tinbergenweg location (head office, shipping, experience centre) in Hoorn, but occasionally you will carry out your work at our Zaadmarkt location (factory) in Zwaagdijk.

What do we ask of you?

• Secondary vocational education;
• Administrative experience in a similar position;
• You have an open and representative appearance;
• Good computer skills (experience with Office);
• You can switch quickly and work accurately;
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English.
