Kogarah Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Full-time Receptionist to join our fast-paced, thriving team.
Kogarah Veterinary Hospital is the most popular veterinary hospital in the South of Sydney, we are the buzz of the community on social media as the place to take your animal, because we are caring, compassionate and committed to providing the best veterinary care to our patients. Our clinic facility consists of 4 consult rooms and 2 surgical theatre rooms.

What we are looking for:
- Friendly, efficient, self motivated veterinary receptionist.
- Competence with Microsoft Office.
- Preferred experience of vet system Ezyvet.
- Strong customer service (veterinary preferred).
- Reliability, empathy and a calm professional manner.
- Be committed to high standards of service excellence and clinical care.
- Positive can-do attitude.
Roles will include:
- Welcome and assist clients and their pets
- Manage calls, emails, bookings and records
- Support veterinarians and the wider team with admin and client care
- Process payments, insurance claims and other administrative tasks.
