The Opportunity.
Our Toronto office is currently looking for a Receptionist to join our team for 4 months. The Receptionist will play an essential role in our office and is required to be on-site on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent temp opportunity for a new graduate, or someone looking to begin a career in professional services.
Responsibilities.
Answer and direct calls, including monitoring office voicemails
Receive and redirect physical mail, arrange courier services
Handle incoming emails from potential clients
Provide phone reception back-up for other offices
Basic housekeeping duties in the office
Monitor and order office supplies as necessary
Set up for meetings, including setting up catering
Other duties may be assigned, as required
Qualifications, Competencies And Experience.
Previous reception/front desk or 5-star hospitality/corporate experience would be an asset
Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of professional client services and care
Ability to work alone and use own initiative
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
