About the Role

We are hiringSales Professionalsto join theDirect Sales Teamof a leading Real Estate company in Dubai. This is a high-growth role for dynamic, confident, and customer-focused individuals who can manage international clients, build strong relationships, and close high-value property deals.

You will work with a global client base—especially Japanese-speaking investors—and collaborate with international brokers to drive revenue and conversions. The company provides qualified leads in addition to your personal network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles for clients, from lead engagement to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese-speaking clients and investors.
  • Leverage your personal network and professional connections to generate new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with international brokers to maximize deal flow.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate investment options.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare offers, and ensure high closing ratios.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and activity trackers.
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and investment opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience inReal Estate Sales, Luxury Sales, Investment Advisory, or High-Ticket Sales.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to build rapport with international clients and manage cross-cultural communication.
  • Confident, presentable, and target-driven personality.
  • Strong negotiation and customer engagement skills.
  • Based in Dubai and available for full-time onsite role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Japanese investors or international broker networks.
  • Background in real estate or property investment advisory.
