Key Responsibilities
- Support contract management to ensure contracts are current and executed.
- Managing social media, newsletters, creating content and updating websites
- Assist with calendaring and bid management tasks.
- Independently set up systems and provide training to others.
- Perform data entry and maintain effective email and written communication.
Qualifications
- Advanced or Fluent English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
- Positive attitude, dependability, trustworthiness, and high integrity.
- Ability to ask clarifying questions and work independently.
- Proactive problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
- Curiosity and quick learning ability.
