Understanding of network interface protocols, protocol analysers and network specifications. Can independently use Network analyser and other tools to troubleshoot technical problem Capability to lead in own technical area. Should have the flair for learning and working in new areas/technologies Very strong communication and professional customer relationship skills Understanding of wireless network implementation and operations services Excellent presentation & virtual team leadership skills What You Will Learn And Contribute To Create lab topologies & documentation. Review & validate technical documents • Commissioning, integrating, System verification & acceptance and troubleshooting for BSC/RNC/SRAN. • Provide SUS services for the latest SW upgrades and check the relevant compatibility matrix. • Anticipate and identify complex business needs and recommend possible solutions. • Provide Care support services for the customer once the integration acceptance activities are done. • Leads and executes technical activities and projects in own responsibility area. May work also outside of own process area on technical issues. Solves complex engineering problems in many technology areas. • Solving customer problems and queries coming during initial system introduction or initial roll-out phase • Provides onsite / remote support for troubleshooting task forces on need basis during initial system introduction or initial roll-out phase. • Participates in health checks, network optimization and preventive maintenance activities. • Coaches other team members in solving complex engineering problems. Undertakes technical training responsibilities • Provide advanced technical support to projects to troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalations from project and overall responsible for the RAN network element technical Issue handling. • He/She has the responsibility for specifying, planning, reporting, designing, reviewing in his/her technical area (e.g. several features /technologies). • Organize and participate in pilot, SW/ CD deployment, Software and new feature verification, MOP generation as well as test case creation- execution. • Worked as Technical Help Desk function including 24/7 emergency on-call support. Carry responsibility of Technical Analysist & Technical contact Point, Case Manager. Understand and work • Supports operations services such as traffic rehomes, network retunes, feature activations, network modification and Performance analysis. • Support Customer requests for SW/ HW New Feature verification and validation.
