We are expanding our quality systems and are seeking a talented Quality Manager based in Ankara, who will lead and enhance our quality systems and ensure world-class product standards across all operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS) in line with ISO and GMP standardsLead quality control and assurance activities for perfumes and upcoming cosmetic productsManage packaging and raw material and finished product inspections, laboratory testing, and release processesDrive continuous improvement (CI), root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions (CAPA)Coordinate with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and consistency.Prepare and maintain documentation, audits, and certification processesSupervise and develop the quality teamQualificationsBachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fieldsMinimum 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the cosmetics, fragrance, or FMCG industriesStrong knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716, and related cosmetic regulationsExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skillsGood command of English (written and spoken)Why Join Us?Working at Mad Parfumeur means being part of an innovative and fast-growing organization where you can make a real impact.
