Responsibilities:

• Optimize backend systems for top performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Architect solutions to handle high traffic volumes efficiently.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable distributed systems using Python and Django.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.

• Create and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure quality and stability.

• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of software development experience.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.

• Expertise in distributed systems and microservices.

• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka in production environments.

• Experience with AWS or other cloud providers
