Psychologist / Psychiatrist - Global Part-Time Work

As a Principal Clinician, you will review and score standardized diagnostic and severity assessments, primarily focused on schizophrenia. You’ll provide expert feedback to site raters and contribute to quality assurance and training initiatives. This is a remote role with flexible hours, ideal for clinicians seeking meaningful work with global impact.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patient clinical condition and symptom severity using standardized tools (e.g., PANSS).

Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide scoring and feedback to site raters.

Review site assessments for quality assurance in Simplified Chinese and English.

Deliver training to site raters and participate in ongoing scoring calibration exercises.

Collaborate with Site Services Team to schedule reviews and submit documentation.

Ensure compliance with sponsor protocols, GCP guidelines, and internal SOPs.

Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to research initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Master’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Psychiatric Nursing.

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working with schizophrenia populations.

Minimum 25 PANSS administrations required.

Fluent in Simplified Chinese and English (oral and written).

Strong understanding of psychiatric diagnostic tools and conventions.
