The role involves project delivery, client management, business development, and providing expert guidance on major capital programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead advisory/assurance engagements end-to-endProvide expertise on capital project executionManage client relationships and satisfactionSupport proposals, reports, and senior-level presentationsBuild industry network for business growthHandle multiple projects independentlyRequirementsEngineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Construction) or Architecture; MBA preferred.10+ years in Capital Projects consulting with mandatory Big 4 experience.Expertise in project management, QS, costing, budgeting, QA/QC, project controls, procurement, and risk.Experience with PMO/BPI, digital tools, and sectors like Rail, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and Industrial.Strong regional network with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.Able to work under pressure, multitask, and travel as needed.Minimum 8+ years of Capital Projects experience in Qatar.Bilingual: Arabic + English.Age ≤ 45; local candidates preferred.Not suitable: Candidates from Syria, India, Pakistan.
