Project Manager – International Construction & MEP Projects (Full Relocation to Nigeria)A well-established international engineering & construction company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to relocate to Nigeria for managing local projects. The company specializes in complex commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects involving advanced electro-mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical, and piping installations. Role OverviewThe Project Manager will take full responsibility for planning, execution, supervision, and delivery of integrated commercial and infrastructure projects, primarily involving mechanical and electrical systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large-scale MEP-based construction projects from initiation to handoverOversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, HSE compliance, and reportingManage site supervisors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary operational teamsReview technical drawings, plans, and engineering specificationsConduct regular site meetings and maintain proactive stakeholder communicationEnsure quality assurance, productivity, and cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycleManage procurement activities and logistics workflows aligned with project needsTravel regularly between multiple project sites within NigeriaRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering4+ years’ experience in managing complex electro-mechanical and multi-system construction projectsProven experience managing contractors & site teams on large commercial or institutional projectsExperience in system-intensive environments (e.g., large hospitals, airports, commercial centers, data centers, energy sites, infrastructure facilities)Strong command of English
