As the leading New England Environmental Specialty & Demolition Contractor with over 40 years of experience, EnviroVantage is recognized as the trusted authority for commercial, industrial, government and residential projects across New England and the Mid-Atlantic.EnviroVantage is looking for Project Managers.Essential FunctionsTake ownership of a project upon award and see through to completionEstablish project objectives, milestones, budgets, and project schedulesProcure supplies and materials to complete a project buy-outOversee and provide guidance to Foremen/Superintendents to plan, organize and direct activities related to schedule, labor, equipment, materials and disposal on their jobsMonitor production and project costs to ensure each job is completed on scheduleReview and sign off on daily manpower and progress reports for their jobsContinually update a 3-week look ahead for all projectsInteract with the customer on a regular basis and be the lead on negotiation for any scope discrepancy or issues on the job siteProactively develop relationships with subcontractorsOversee all change order requests and submit in conjunction w/ estimating and financeResponsible to ensure project close out package is completed, and job can be billed in fullExperienceMinimum of 5 years working as a Project Manager in the construction and/or environmental remediation fields Experience managing federal government contracts preferredValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredMust be able to pass a federal government background screen CertificationsOSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training. If not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hireOSHA 30-Hour Construction Training.
