The successful candidate is a key member of our global team, responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of the Alex product set for our clients. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and a passion for data.

Day to day activities:

Lead standard demos and respond to client questions, ensuring a 90% satisfaction rate.

Manage small accounts independently with +5% YoY ARR growth goals.

Configure solutions for most client requirements and propose automation ideas.

Design and document solutions for smaller projects.

Participate in pre-sales calls, prepare use cases, and draft RFP responses.

Suggest product enhancements based on client feedback.

Develop and deliver field solutions with 90% on-time completion.

Produce case studies or internal references quarterly.

Mentor Associate Consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.

Skills Required:

Customer Service & Sales Support: Handling inquiries, tracking follow-ups, assisting in pre-sales and demos.

Passion for Data: A deep technical understanding of how enterprise organizations benefit from the Alex application.

Technology Company Experience: Experience working in a dynamic, technology-focused environment.

Problem-Solving: A knack for solving customer problems through technology. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Cloud Data Platforms Knowledge: Familiarity with platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, etc.

Customer Centricity: Client-centric attitude with a focus on satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Security & Privacy: Strict adherence to customer privacy and protection protocols.
